- 4-day work week with 32 hours per week for excellent work-life balance
- Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm
- Manageable patient panel of 16 - 18 patients per day
- Outpatient-only position with no hospital duties
- Serve a diverse patient population in a community health setting
- Patient-Centered Medical Home model with interdisciplinary team support
- Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome
- DEA license required; Arizona medical license required
- Our services are free for you
