• Day shift: 7 am - 8 pm -- night shift: 7 pm - 8 am (13-hour shifts)
• 8 - 12 patients in the ICU during peak season
• Community hospital ICU serving a high-acuity, underserved population
• Physician on every day shift -- no call responsibilities
• Central line, arterial line, temp dialysis catheter, and intubation required
