- 4 - 5 days per week, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
- 18 - 22 patients per day
- Chronic disease management, acute, preventive, and mental health visits
- Focus on opioid use disorder treatment and SUD
- Comfortable prescribing controlled substances required
- Minor procedures experience preferred
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
