OVERVIEW

Private single specialty group is seeking a qualified Regional Director of Hospitalists to its growing program at a community hospital this Fall.  Will work 7 on/7 off or variation of a M-F schedule with your input.

 

ROLE

·  Will supervise hospitalists at 3 Sites in New England & report directly to CEO

·  Strategic & Clinical Leadership: Develop & implement a vision for hospital medicine across assigned markets, ensuring clinical excellence & adherence to evidence-based protocols

·  Operational Management: Oversee provider staffing models, recruitment strategies & budgeting in partnership with operational leaders

·  Quality Improvement: Lead initiatives focused on patient safety, care standardization & key performance metrics like length of stay & readmission rates

·  Liaison & Collaboration: Act as the primary link between hospitalists, medical staff leadership & administration to align goals & address operational challenges

·  Team Development: Provide mentorship, performance coaching & career guidance to site leaders & advanced practice providers (APPs)

 

 

PACKAGE

Year 1 Salary up to $350k

Annual Director Stipend $40k

$15k Annual Bonus for Quality

YOU

3 years Previous Leadership Experience Required

• Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in New Hampshire

• 5+ years experience preferred

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine OR Family Medicine
