Required Qualifications:
- Current PTA license
- Minimum 1 year PTA experience
- Long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation experience
- New graduates accepted only if they have completed Level II clinical experience (Level I observational experience alone is not sufficient)
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled physical therapy services under a licensed PT’s direction in LTC/rehab setting
-Assist with patient assessments, treatment implementation, progress documentation, and communication with the care team - Follow facility policies and maintain required documentation and compliance standards
