Contract Occupational Therapist (OT) — Fremont, CA (14-week, Local)

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join a Fremont, CA team on a 14-week contract starting June 29, 2026. This is a local, non-travel role with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and a 40-hour workweek. Compensation is $2,608 per 40 hours.

What you’ll need:

• A valid, active Occupational Therapy state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (AED included).

What you’ll be doing:

• Assess patients’ physical and cognitive abilities and review their environments to identify barriers and set meaningful goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that help patients regain or improve everyday skills.
• Recommend and teach the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices to support independence.
• Educate patients and their families on strategies for managing conditions and promoting functional independence.
• Monitor and document patient progress consistently and communicate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
