• Weekday nights: 4 pm - 8 am (16hr); Weekend nights: 7 pm - 7 am (12hr)
• 24-hour shifts available any day of the week
• Average 10 patients per shift -- assigned rounding with admissions required
• Level IV NICU -- very high acuity patient population
• 2 - 3 APPs on shift during evenings, nights, and weekends
• PICC/UVC/UAC lines, chest tubes, LPs, intubations required
• Ground and air transport capability required
• APPs serve as primary providers overseeing daily care of babies
