Shift: Monday–Friday, 8-hour days; start time must be consistent, communicated with DOR, and between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM

Rate: $1,383 / 35-hour week
Required Qualifications:
- Active PTA license
- Minimum 1 year of PTA experience
- Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation settings
Notes:
- Times are flexible within the specified start window but must remain consistent and communicated to the Director of Rehab.
