Rate: $2,149 per 35-hour week
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year SLP experience
- Experience in long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation settings
- Oklahoma state license
- CCC-certified SLP
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services appropriate for LTC/rehab residents
- Assess, plan, and document patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and maintain timely charting
Credentials/Compliance:
- Active OK SLP license required before start date
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Background checks and facility onboarding as required
