Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8-hour days (35 hours/week)
• Start time must be consistent, communicated to Director of Rehab (DOR), and between 5:00 AM and 10:00 AM
• No weekends, no on-call
• Day shift

Compensation:

• $1,358 per 35-hour week

Required Qualifications:

• Active PTA license (state licensure where applicable)
• Minimum 1 year PTA experience; LTC or rehab experience preferred
• New graduates accepted only if they have Level II clinical experience (not Level I observation only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under PT supervision in an LTC/rehab setting
• Implement treatment plans, document patient progress, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
• Follow facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

Additional Notes:

• Start date and schedule are firm; flexibility within stated start-time window is acceptable when communicated with DOR.
