Minimum Requirements:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• Current BLS certification.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately and timely.
• Assess, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for signs of infection or complications.
• Monitor and record vital signs continuously as required.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records and communicate changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, and self-care instructions.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control and safety protocols.
