Job Description
We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join a short-term contract in Ada, Oklahoma beginning July 27, 2026. This is a day-shift position with 8-hour days and a 35-hour work week (no weekends or on-call required). The assignment is in long-term care or rehab and pays $2,072 per 35-hour week.
What you’ll need:
- Active OT license
- At least 1 year of OT experience (LTC or rehab preferred)
- New graduates are welcome if they’ve completed a Level II fieldwork (Level I observation-only experience is not sufficient)
Location: Ada, OK
Start date: July 27, 2026
Shift: Days — 8-hour shifts, 35 GWW
