Occupational Therapist (OT) — Contract, Alameda, CA (14-Week)

Join a caring team in Alameda, CA for a 14-week contract (non-travel) assignment starting August 3, 2026. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

What you’ll need

• Active, valid Occupational Therapy state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (AED included).

What you’ll do

• Assess patients’ physical and cognitive strengths, limitations, and living environments to identify meaningful goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help patients regain or improve daily living skills.
• Recommend and instruct patients on adaptive equipment and assistive devices to promote independence.
• Educate patients and their families on strategies to manage conditions and maintain function at home.
• Monitor and document progress, adjust interventions as needed, and communicate regularly with the multidisciplinary care team.
