Join an established outpatient primary care practice focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a senior patient population. This float position offers variety while maintaining a consistent Monday"Friday schedule and the support needed to practice medicine at the highest level.

- Established patient panels in a Medicare-focused, value-based care setting

- No nights, weekends, call, or hospital responsibilities
- Collaborative care team including care coordination, pharmacy support, and advanced clinical resources
Salary & Benefits

Qualifications
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- 3+ years of outpatient primary care experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
