Clinical expectations:

• Clinic volume: 15–18 patients/day
• Procedures: 10–15 per week (including ureteroscopy and laser lithotripsy)
• OR cases: ~3–4 surgeries/week
• Required procedures: ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy
• Documentation: Cerner EMR

Facility and support:

• Department size: 99 beds
• Support: Medical assistants assigned
• Reason for locum: supplemental coverage
• Credentialing: ~30 days

Qualifications:

• Arizona medical license or Universal (IMLC)
• Board certified or eligible
• Active DEA
• Minimum 1 year post-training experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive urology clinic and surgical coverage per schedule
• Perform listed procedures and document care in Cerner
• Respond to beeper call during assigned call periods
