Join a Carlisle, PA team as a Nurse Unit Manager on a 7-week contract starting July 20, 2026. This local, non-travel position runs weekdays from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a 40-hour weekly rate of $2,360.

What we’re looking for:

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Prior nursing leadership experience.
• Current BLS certification.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and support the nursing team (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), ensuring everyone follows policies and delivers consistent care.
• Oversee patient care activities—assessments, medication administration, and documentation—while stepping in as needed.
• Help plan staffing and create schedules that balance unit needs and patient safety.
• Coach and mentor staff to encourage professional growth and stronger clinical skills.
• Monitor quality and compliance, perform audits, and drive improvements to maintain high standards.
• Respond to medical emergencies, following established protocols to ensure patient safety.
