As Medical Director of Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center, you'll partner with the Vice President of Operations in a dyad leadership model to shape the strategic vision, clinical excellence, and continued growth of a nationally recognized cancer center while maintaining a meaningful part-time clinical practice.

Qualifications
We're seeking an accomplished physician leader who is passionate about advancing multidisciplinary cancer care through collaboration, innovation, and strategic leadership.
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in an oncology specialty or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive physician leadership experience
- Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary physician teams
- Experience within an academic, regional, or comprehensive cancer center
- Eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license
