Job Description

AVA, Nashville Vascular & Vein Institute is seeking a full-time Vascular Surgeon for our center in Nashville, TN. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established outpatient Office-Based Lab (OBL) focused on delivering cutting-edge vascular and interventional procedures, with a strong focus on PAD treatments, superficial and deep venous interventions. We offer a dynamic environment that combines advanced technology and patient-focused care in a physician-driven model.

Job Responsibilities

Perform Vascular Procedures: Conduct advanced interventional procedures, including Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) treatments, and venous interventions and more.
Patient Care: Provide high-quality, patient-focused care in an outpatient Office-Based Lab (OBL) setting.
Practice Building: Engage in practice development, including community outreach & education, and patient education.
Collaborate: Work closely with a network of vascular centers and a supportive corporate structure.
Maintain Licensing and Certification: Ensure compliance with medical licensing and maintain board certification in Vascular Surgery.
Leadership Opportunity: Potential for ownership and leadership within the organization.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Vascular Surgery
• Fellowship training in Vascular surgery required
• Active Tennessee medical license or ability to obtain
• Preferably 3+ years of interventional/vascular experience, but new graduates with strong fellowship experience will be considered
• Willingness to engage in practice building and community outreach

Working Hours

8am to 5pm Monday through Friday, no weekends, no hospital call, no holidays

Expertise in Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD).
