Job Description
BC / BE Family Medicine
Outpatient family medicine in a rural health clinic
Adult and pediatric patient population
Five day work week
Clinic hours 8 30 a.m. to 5 30 p.m.
Average 18 to 24 patients per day
Modern outpatient practice with telehealth capabilities
No call responsibilities
Established referral network
Established patient panel
Dedicated medical assistant for each provider
Strong onsite nursing support
Experienced practice manager and administrative support
Current EMR is eClinicalWorks with transition to Meditech Expanse
Guaranteed base salary of 280,000 dollars
2026 fair market value wRVU based productivity bonus
Potential total compensation 380,000 to 430,000 annually based on productivity

Occurrence- based malpractice coverage (tail included)
22 days paid time off per year; 28 days after 5 years
