Requirements:

• Current, active Registered Nurse state license
• Previous nursing leadership/management experience
• BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to ensure adherence to policies and standards
• Oversee and supervise patient care: assessments, medication administration, documentation, and care planning
• Participate in staffing and scheduling to maintain safe, efficient unit coverage
• Mentor, coach, and provide education to nursing staff to support professional development
• Monitor compliance and quality metrics; conduct audits and implement corrective actions as needed
• Respond to and manage medical emergencies per facility protocols
