Contract / Non‑Travel opportunity in Willows, CA. Start date: 08/03/2026. Duration: 2 weeks. Full-week schedule (Sun–Sat). Compensation: $65.20/hour.

Position overview:
Provide client-centered occupational therapy services in an acute/rehabilitative setting. Assess physical, cognitive, and environmental factors; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; and monitor outcomes while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ motor, cognitive, sensory, and functional abilities and assess home/environmental factors to identify limitations and establish measurable goals.
• Design and deliver individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence.
• Recommend, train in, and document use of adaptive equipment and assistive technologies to support function and safety.
• Educate patients and families/caregivers on condition management, compensatory strategies, and home programs to promote long-term independence.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress; modify plans of care as needed and coordinate with physicians, nurses, PT/SLP, and other team members.

Minimum qualifications:

• Valid, active Occupational Therapy state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (must include AED).
