We’re looking for a Licensed Certified Social Worker to join a school-based early intervention team in Rockville, Maryland. You’ll work directly with eligible children and their families to support IFSP goals, strengthen family capacity, and connect families with community resources.

What you’ll do

• Deliver social work services that align with each child’s IFSP goals.
• Support families through counseling, advocacy, resource linkage, and service coordination.
• Assess family strengths, priorities, and concerns as part of eligibility and IFSP development.
• Prepare clear, timely written social work assessments and documentation.
• Participate in IFSP meetings and contribute to transition planning for children approaching age three.
• Collaborate closely with service coordinators to complete required transition paperwork.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the scope of practice.

Who we’re looking for

• Active Maryland LCSW-C or LGSW license required.
• Experience with IDEA Part C early intervention is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working within IFSP-based service models and supporting family-centered practice.
