Required Qualifications
- NP: Board certified
- Active Ohio APRN license
- Active DEA registration
- BLS and ACLS
- Self-query NPDB dated within 30 days
Core Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient care for adult cardiovascular surgery patients
- Perform consults, manage pre- and post-operative care, and follow clinical pathways
- Collaborate with surgeons, nursing, and multidisciplinary teams on patient management
- Document all patient encounters and clinical data in Epic
- Adhere to hospital policies, quality and compliance standards
