Locums Neurosurgeon — Trauma/Acute Care at ACS-Level II, Flexible Blocks & Full APP Support

Locum Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon needed to provide trauma and acute care coverage with elective cases at an ACS-verified Level II Trauma Center on the South Texas Gulf Coast. Flexible block schedule, strong APP support, and work in a modern hospital.

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide trauma and acute care neurosurgical coverage
• Manage emergency and inpatient neurosurgical cases
• Perform elective neurosurgical procedures as appropriate
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and APPs
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
• Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain one
• Current experience in trauma neurosurgery

Compensation & benefits

• $4,600 per 24-hour shift
