Locum Primary Care Physician — Value-Based Family Medicine (Tucson, AZ)

Join a patient-focused outpatient clinic just south of Tucson, Arizona, as a full-time Primary Care Physician. Compensation and schedule

• Compensation: $140+ per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, five days per week

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and population health initiatives.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving quality outcomes.
• Coordinate care with specialists and the broader healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Build long-term, patient-centered relationships through compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Arizona medical license or the ability to obtain one.
• DEA registration or eligibility.
• Prior experience practicing in a value-based primary care clinic is required.
• Strong commitment to quality metrics, preventive care, and patient satisfaction.
