Fellowship-Trained Plastic Surgeon — Academic & Clinical Practice (Martinsburg, WV)

Join a growing academic and clinical plastic surgery practice in Martinsburg, West Virginia. We’re looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible plastic surgeon—preferably fellowship-trained—who wants to provide a full range of reconstructive and cosmetic care while helping train the next generation of physicians.

What you’ll do

• Deliver high-quality care across the full spectrum of plastic surgery: reconstructive and cosmetic.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Perform surgical procedures and manage preoperative and postoperative care.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best patient outcomes.
• Teach, mentor, and supervise medical students, residents, and fellows in a collaborative academic setting.
• Keep accurate, timely medical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and other academic activities as appropriate.

Schedule

• Full-time (40 hours per week)

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO (or foreign equivalent).
• Completion of an accredited General Surgery or integrated Plastic Surgery residency.
• Fellowship training in Plastic Surgery required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery.
• Eligibility for West Virginia medical licensure.
