Join a supportive team in Cleveland Heights, OH as a contract Nights RN caring for inpatient behavioral health patients. This 13-week assignment starts July 27, 2026 and is a great fit if you have hands-on psychiatric nursing experience and enjoy working overnight in a focused clinical setting.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide direct clinical care to inpatient behavioral health patients, including assessment, medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Use de-escalation techniques and therapeutic communication to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Participate in treatment planning, monitor patient progress, and respond to behavioral crises as needed.

What we’re looking for

• Active Ohio RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience, with at least 1 year in behavioral health.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• De-escalation training (WELL or CPI) or equivalent.
• Comfortable working night shift in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
