Great opportunity to join a growing private practice group with Primary Care clinic locations throughout the Phoenix, AZ market - Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician. 

Group is growing throughout the Phoenix, AZ market - 8n locations all throughout the metro area - ask for more details on locations available.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine
• Mon-Fri - 40 hours a week - no call or weekends, no hospital responsibilities
• National well established Primary Care private practice group
• Will except all levels of experience
• Value based care model
• 17-21 patients per day ramp up
• Commercial insurance patient population only
• Spanish preferred but not required
• Full support staff on site
• EMR used is eClinicalWorks
