Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Contract, Alameda, CA (14-Week)

We’re seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Alameda, CA, on a 14-week contract (non-travel) beginning August 31, 2026. This is a Monday–Friday position.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work alongside the Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients and pinpoint physical and functional limitations.
• Implement therapeutic activities and interventions that improve motor skills, mobility, and independence in daily living.
• Train patients in the safe and effective use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments, progress, and any changes in condition.
• Follow safety and infection-control procedures to keep the therapy environment safe for patients and staff.

What we require:

• A valid, active Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.
