Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Lynchburg, VA - No Weekends

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our medical rounding team at a small tight knit facility in Lynchburg, VA. This is a rewarding and stable position where you will play a vital role in patient care. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct medical rounds to assess and manage patients.
• Perform history & physicals (H&Ps) for new admissions.
• Provide follow-up care to ensure continuity of treatment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and mental health professionals.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience in inpatient preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
