Rate: Travel: $1580/36-hours
Requirements:
- Valid, active Registered Nurse state license.
- BLS certification.
Core responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care; perform ongoing patient assessments and document interventions and outcomes.
- Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per protocol.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on treatment plans and assist with procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, education, interventions and progress in medical records.
- Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment; maintain order and supervise patient conduct.
