Requirements:

• Active, valid Occupational Therapy state license.
• CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (including AED).

Key responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical and cognitive abilities and their environments to identify functional limitations and establish measurable goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve daily living skills.
• Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
• Provide education and support to patients and families to promote independence and effective condition management.
• Monitor, document, and report patient progress and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
