Minimum Requirements
- Current RN license
- Labor & delivery experience (minimum 1 year)
- NRP certification
- STABLE certification
- Fetal monitoring certification (Intermediate or higher)
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and newborns
- Perform triage assessments and non-stress tests (NSTs)
- Act as second nurse at deliveries and manage overflow patient care
- Monitor and support patients with pregnancy, birth, or postpartum complications
- Collaborate with physicians, pediatricians, and interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
