Locums PCP – Family Practice in Upland, CA | $140–$150/hr, Outpatient, Supportive Team

Compensation

• $140–$150 per hour

Position Summary

• Locum Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality outpatient care to a diverse patient population in a well-established Upland, CA practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
• Conduct routine physicals, preventive care, and chronic disease management
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications as appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active California medical license and DEA registration
• BLS certification
• Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred

• Upland, CA — Inland Empire community at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains; accessible to Los Angeles and Palm Springs, with local recreational opportunities and quality schools.
