Requirements:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for the state of New Mexico.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments; monitor and document vital signs.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments safely and accurately.
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and communicate changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care instructions.
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control and safety protocols.
