Core responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive critical care management in the closed ICU under intensivist supervision
- Perform daily rounds, patient assessments, and initiate diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
- Manage ventilator settings and titrate critical care medications
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans and discharge planning
- Communicate care goals and status with patients, families, and consulting teams
