Locums OB/GYN — 24-hr Pager Call, EPIC, Travel/Lodging & Malpractice Covered (Ontario, OR)

Clinical expectations

• Full-scope OB/GYN: deliveries, GYN surgeries, low-risk obstetrics, inpatient and outpatient care.
• Deliveries: ~30 per month.
• Clinic volume: 15–18 patients/day when covering (prenatal and gynecology).
• ED GYN consults: low volume (1–2/month).
• Department resources: 10 LDRP beds, 2 newborn nursery beds.
• EMR: EPIC.

Schedule and duties

• Provide 24-hour pager coverage for OB/GYN emergencies in 5–7 day blocks.
• Cover clinic for a 0.5 FTE provider as needed.
• Perform deliveries and GYN procedures during assigned coverage.
• Manage inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN care and low-risk obstetric patients.

Privileges and compliance

• Hospital privileges required.
• NPDB self-query within 30 days.

Minimum requirements

• Board certified in OB/GYN.
• Active Oregon medical license preferred; Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) accepted; license candidates considered.
• Active DEA registration and CSR.
• BLS certification.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required.
• Clean malpractice and background record.
