  • Patient Volume: 15,000
  • Coverage Model: 1-11pm on Mondays 1pm-9pm Tuesday through Sunday
  • Number of Beds: 12 ER Beds
  • EMR: Medhost


Qualifications

  • Education: FNP
  • License: KY License and DEA
