Highpoint Health Sumner – with Ascension Saint Thomas is seeking an experienced, Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our established and growing women’s health team in Gallatin, Tennessee, just 30 minutes north of Nashville.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician who is comfortable practicing independently and is looking to join a collaborative, hospital-employed practice with an established patient base, strong clinical support, robotic surgery capabilities, and continued growth.

Position Highlights

• Join an established and growing team of 2 OB/GYN physicians with APP support, with a Certified Nurse Midwife joining the practice
• Experience required; candidates should be comfortable managing a broad range of obstetric and gynecologic patients
• Hospital-employed opportunity with an established community presence and referral network
• Access to robotic surgery capabilities for advanced gynecologic procedures
• 1:3 call schedule, anticipated to move toward 1:5 as the physician team expands
• Call includes satellite coverage, allowing physicians to support a broader regional patient population
• Strong hospitalist, anesthesia, nursing, and clinical support
• Opportunity to help shape the continued growth of the women's health service line

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Eligible for medical licensure in Tennessee
• Prior OB/GYN practice experience required
• Comfortable practicing independently across the scope of general obstetrics and gynecology
• Strong clinical, communication, and collaborative skills
