Proposal Opportunity – Primary & Urgent Care Physician
Location: Four Corners Regional Health Center (FCRHC) – Red Mesa, AZ
Facility: Navajo Area Indian Health Service
Position Type: Locum / Contract
Compensation: $170–$175/hour
Position Summary
The physician would provide outpatient primary and urgent care services in an IHS ambulatory care setting, including patient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, documentation, and coordination of care within the scope of clinical privileges.
Schedule

Approximately 40–50 hours per week

Typically Monday–Friday

Clinic hours generally 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Requirements
-
MD/DO
-
Residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
-
Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
-
Minimum 2 years of experience
-
Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory

Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Coverage Included
