Locum Tenens OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner — Seattle; Robotic & Gyn-Onc First-Assist, Travel/Lodging Covered

We’re seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner to provide locum tenens coverage in OB/GYN across two Seattle-area locations. This role covers both inpatient and outpatient care and is needed for maternity/paternity leave from August 1, 2026, through February 15, 2027. The schedule is Monday–Wednesday and Friday, 7:00 am–5:00 pm (10-hour shifts). Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are provided by the agency.

Coverage timeline:

• Aug 1, 2026 – Nov 15, 2026: Everett location
• Nov 16, 2026 – Feb 15, 2027: Swedish First Hill, Seattle

What you’ll see and do:

• Manage a daily patient load of roughly 6–12 patients.
• Round in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• First-assist on gynecologic oncology and pelvic surgeries, including robotic (Da Vinci) cases.
• Perform pelvic exams, manage clinic patients, and handle routine administrative/clinic duties on your clinic days.
• Coordinate care with the team across both sites to ensure continuity for patients.

Facility and support:

• EMR: Epic (proficiency required)
• Support staff: multiple PAs/NPs on team (4), RNs and MAs to be determined
• Hospital privileges are required; temporary privileges can be arranged.

Requirements:

• Board certified (BC) in the specialty
• Active Washington license or Universal License (IMLC)
• DEA registration
• Current BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications
• Demonstrated experience in gynecologic oncology, pelvic surgery, robotic surgery (Da Vinci), and first-assisting
• Clean background check
