Key responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum obstetric care, including prenatal management, labor and delivery coverage, and postpartum follow-up
• Deliver routine and preventive gynecologic services such as annual exams, screenings, and management of common gynecologic conditions
• Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries as authorized by privileges
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of women’s health conditions
• Coordinate care with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and specialty services
• Counsel patients on preventive health, family planning, and treatment options
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Qualifications

• MD or DO (or foreign equivalent) from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active West Virginia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Current DEA registration
