Location: Lebanon, PA — Hospital-based locum tenens opportunity covering Vascular Surgery services. Clinical-only coverage from Sep 21, 2026 to Dec 21, 2026 with four 10-hour shifts per week (7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.).

• Sep 21–24
• Oct 5–11
• Oct 19–25
• Nov 2–8
• Nov 16–22
• Nov 30–Dec 6
• Dec 14–20
• Dec 28–Jan 3
• Jan 11–17
• Jan 25–31

Patient population and volume:

• Adults (18+)
• Approximately 15 patients/day plus ~2 consults/day
• Responsibilities include hospital rounds and consults
• Case mix: vascular surgery

Facility and systems:

• Department size: 150 beds
• EMR: EPIC
• Temporary privileges available for urgent needs (non-complex/clean files)
• Typical credentialing timeline: 90 days

Required skills and procedures:

• Vascular surgical experience with ability to assist in clinic and OR
• Support for bypass and amputation procedures

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC/LOQ participation
• NP or PA board certified
• DEA registration
• Minimum one year of vascular experience

Core responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive vascular care in clinic and operating room
• Perform hospital rounds and consults
• Assist with bypasses, amputations, and other vascular procedures
• Manage assigned patient caseload and coordinate care with the surgical team
