Requirements:

• Valid, active Physical Therapy Assistant state license.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Physical Therapist with patient evaluations and implement prescribed interventions.
• Administer modalities and operate therapeutic equipment as directed.
• Instruct patients in therapeutic exercise programs; educate patients and families on home exercise and recovery plans.
• Document patient status, treatments, and progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team to support patient care.
• Follow safety, infection control, and facility protocols.
