- Medical Director role with clinical authority and organizational leadership
- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with no call
- Outpatient, well-established private practice environment
- Supervise and mentor a team of physician assistants across multiple locations
- Board-certified in PM&R required; board-eligible or board-certified in Pain Medicine preferred
- Base salary plus medical director stipend plus percentage of collections
- Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, malpractice, 401(k), and CME funding
- Located in South Carolina near a major coastal metro area with mild year-round climate
