Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Night Shift, Concord NH (14-week Contract)

Looking for a hands-on LPN to join a 14-week contract/travel assignment in Concord, NH. You’ll start on July 13, 2026, working 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts. This is a travel position with a pay rate of $1,472 per 36-hour period.

What we need from you

• An active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• Current BLS certification.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide direct nursing care to patients under the direction of RNs or physicians.
• Perform complete patient assessments and safely administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Manage wound care—evaluate, clean, dress, and watch for signs of infection or complications.
• Monitor and document vital signs continuously and keep accurate, thorough patient records.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and self-care.
• Act quickly and effectively in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
