Job Description
Locums - A nationally recognized healthcare system is seeking a Transplant Surgeon to assist with kidney transplant coverage in south central Pennsylvania.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible General Surgeon
- Completion of an Abdominal Transplant Surgery Fellowship required
- Start ASAP for ongoing need
- One week per month of coverage (Friday-Friday); 24-hour call shifts 7a-7a
- Hospital-based kidney transplant service
- Duties
- Average of 2-4 admissions per weekly coverage block
- 30-min response time required
- Adult patient population
- EMR EPIC/Phoenix
- Active PA license or IMLC w/ LOQ, DEA, ACLS, BLS, recent case logs required
- Competitive rate, mileage, lodging, malpractice provided
