Job Description
A well-respected healthcare group located approximately 30 minutes east of New Haven, CT, is seeking an experienced Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its outpatient Primary Care team. Nestled along the Connecticut River, this charming community offers local shops, excellent restaurants, outdoor recreation, and easy access to the shoreline.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
- Full-time 40-hour work week (36-hour schedule available - discussed during the interview)
- No call
- 100% outpatient
- 1 Physician and 1 APP on-site at all times
- 2+ years of experience required
- Average of 18+ patients per day
- EPIC EMR
- BRIDGE AI/Scribe technology is available for real-time documentation and transcription
- Competitive guaranteed base salary for the first two years
- Transition to a production model after year two, with top earners making $300K-$350K+
