Join a healthcare team in Pittsfield, MA as a contract Surgical Technician starting Aug 10, 2026. This day-shift role is 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) with weekend/holiday rotation and on-call duties. Compensation: $2,076 per 40 hours.

Core responsibilities and experience:

• Provide perioperative support across general, gynecologic, vascular, thoracic, orthopedic (including total joints), neurosurgical/head/spine, and trauma cases.
• Able to precept and mentor less-experienced staff.
• Perform C-sections and assist in ENT, plastics, and robotic (DaVinci) procedures.
• Use Meditech Expanse for documentation and charting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years current CST experience.
• NBSTSA certification and BLS (AHA).
• Prior travel assignment experience required.
• Must have reliable personal vehicle for travel assignments.

Shift details:

• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts; weekend and holiday rotation required; on-call as needed.
