• Full-scope general ENT practice serving newborns through adults
• Group-employed by a well-established, thriving physician group
• 50% inpatient and 50% outpatient with flexible scheduling options
• Option for 4 clinic days and 1 OR day or dedicated block time
• Manageable call schedule averaging approximately 8 days per month
• State-of-the-art surgical technology including Da Vinci robotic systems and Stryker Tower
• Required skills include septoplasty, turbinate reduction, T&A, endoscopy, and tongue biopsy
• Board-certified or board-eligible MD/DO; California licensure required; no visa sponsorship
